Take refuge from the system on the treed 53 acres 10 min drive from Peace River, Alberta. Peace River is an actual location!

Last year I bought this land for 30,000$ CAD! Which is a sick deal! Allot of it is low laying, about 1/3rd of the land. Spruce, pine and poplar occupies it very thickly. Very old growth on about 1/3rd of the land. A seasonal small creek crosses a short portion of the land and dumps into one of the low spots. Theirs a few tight trails. But mostly untouched with no power, gas, or adjoining road access if you can believe that. (You would have to cross a private land owners property for access. Which im working on. Or follow my tracks beside the railroad traxx).

So heres the land, its open for ideas and people and plans. Personally, I would like to build a large community building separated into complete private quarters for a few families. Codes wont allow private multiple dwellings im thinking. atop from that, I'm thinking of building multiple styles of alternative structures (1room bachelor) to rent out to people so they may experience the eco life.

for myself personally, this is too much for me and i should not have bought the land. kinda got too much on the go now. plus i want to do some travelling. its -30c today and winters like 6months or so long. id like to leave every winter and currently thats what im aiming for. A future like that would be nice to bail on winter. Thus its a good time to setup a network of landshare for people who want to travel and live eco mode. So heres property #1. come, stay, live but theres gotta be a trade! and im open to ideas, take care guys/gals. hope to hear from you!

p.s ill b in florida, orlando this dec 22. id like to stay at some time of warm farm to help you out/ build / farm / market . Godspeed. email me at cheers@reborn.com or pm/post.
