Wild rice, cattails, lotus....water spinach (kangkong), water chestnuts, jute (for edible greens and fiber)

thanks for getting back to me. the water chestnuts are interesting so is the water spinach. it seems like a very good use in my area. thanks if anyone has anything else. it would be helpful as well thanks a lot!
