Great permaculture opportunity in Central Colorado

Is there anybody out there looking to relocate to central Colorado & practice Permaculture?

I will be renting my home soon & would like to offer it to the permaculture crowd first.
•35 acres with creek & greenhouse (produced 80 tons of hay last year)
•Dead-end country road but less than 10 minutes from New Castle, CO
•Located in the middle of a wildlife sanctuary
•Good Schools
•High paying jobs for skilled laborers
•Upper class to wealthy demographics with “Green” support

New Castle is a nice place. I spent a few years in Rifle and loved it.

Thanks for the welcome. I will work on the pictures but the sky is the limit in my eyes - If it will grow I want to plant it & propagate it. This property & surrounding area have a lot to offer. Last year I started some hugle beds & planted 30 fruit trees. I also completed Geoff Lawtons online PDC & designed the property for the class. If we stick the permaculture principles nothing is off limits.

We are a zone 3 but microclimates will push it to a 4. Central Rocky Mountain Permaculture Institute is in Basalt CO and he offers internships. Its even rumored he is growing bananas. Up valley there is a lot of wealthy people & I really feel that this area would support anybody that produces a "green" product. I just thought a family or permie could use this opportunity for a new start.
