IBC biogas toilet

I'm thinking about building one of these fed from a macerating toilet: http://www.appropedia.org/Open_Source_Solar_CITIES_biodigestor_system

The overflow will go into the existing septic tank, but I guess it could be composted carefully with all the usual pathogen caveats.

Anyone else making gas on a small scale?
