Embedding Arrow Not Appearing

Lately , when I try to link a youtube video to a forum here it appears without that embedding arrow . The link works fine . The arrow used to appear automatically . I still copy and paste the video the same way . I have not altered anything on my PC . Any ideas ? Thanks.
