Jack Spirko's project Perma Ethos is on track to be carried out at Elijah Springs Farm 35 miles from Charleston, WV.
Jack has asked his listening audience for help in determining local pricing for items such as pastured beef, pastured pork, pastured/free range poultry, free range eggs, organic and beyond organic produce, and organic dairy products (except milk which is illegal to sell and could land you in jail in the state where Mountaineers are always free).

Anyone in the Charleston area currently purchasing any of these products from local farms, co-ops, csa's please posts some prices per pound/ounce/dozen/quart/etc...
