From 21acres.org:

The 21 Acres Center for Local Food and Sustainable Living in Woodinville, Washington is a nonprofit learning center and living laboratory focusing on organic agriculture, sustainable living and green building technologies.

If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a tour next Saturday. Their building technologies are very cool. Including the first (I think) permit received for composting toilets in King County.

Giving another shout-out to this sustainability center. Their Green Building Energy Tours are every first and third Saturdays of each month and are well worth it.

Their farm market is absolutely amazing - I love to stop in there when I'm in the area.

Their building tours have gone virtual! I think their composting toilet design for a public building is pretty amazing, as are many of their other building features.

The next tour is this Sat., March 20, 2021, at 11 a.m. Pacific (Daylight Savings) time:  https://21acres.org/event/21-acres-virtual-green-building-tour-7/.
