I have identified this as a plant I want , but no one seems to have in stock right now.
Does anyone know where I can get it right away?
If not, are there other reliably short  varieties of sunchoke?
Dwarf Sunray is said to grow 6 feet tall, which is too much.

I think it is just too early in the season for people to have been harvesting their plants William. If you get one now it will still be growing.....

Yeah, I am pretty random about when I harvest/propagate the sun chokes I already have, so that colors my expectations.
I am also very bad about remembering to order plants when they are available vs. when I need them.

Like I wanted to get garlic from Sean at Edible Acres this year but I missed my chance yet again!

Well, at least I maybe I can find a good  vendor/ variety of dwarf sunchokes, so I can TRY to be ready.
My mum likes the sunchoke flowers and there is a spot filled with other plants that she actively dislikes.
Full sized sunchokes would be a problem, but 2 foot tall chokes would be a delight.

My previous laptop never exploded like that. Read this tiny ad while I sweep up the shards.
