If you are going to deep fry your turkey, ensure it is not frozen!

Happy soon-to-be Thanksgiving all.

Egads, Batman!! Deep-fried turkey is really yummy! But, on those rare times we do it, we make VERY sure that it's 100% thawed, well-dried-off, and the fryer is situated in the middle of the driveway, as far away from the critters, house & outbuildings as possible, with a large, full hod of ash, just in case. But, 90% of the time, it's just the two of us, so just cooking 'parts' is a very different prospect.
