we’re ready and excited to welcome inspired, pioneering and heart-centered co-creators like you!!! ❤
Our first 3 villages (of many more to come!) are coming to life right now in Peru, Panama, and Florida, with additional projects already in motion for Mexico, North Carolina, Bulgaria, and beyond.
It´s important to understand that we are not just creating isolated communities but we are building a global, interconnected federation of villages, designed for human and planetary thriving on every level: health, wealth, education, housing, relationships, spiritual growth, and more.

So please try to let go of what you know about intentional communities so far and tune into our frequency ❤
🌱 WHO WE ARE
We are a diverse, devoted tribe of visionaries, builders, artists, engineers, families, entrepreneurs, healers and dream-weavers, united by the calling to co-create the best possible life for all beings!.
Rather than trying to do it all alone in these uncertain times, we are building a decentralized network where we make sure we are ALL winning.

We know that only when we unite the freedom-lovers, star seeds, way showers, regenerative pioneers and new earth visionaries into a powerful positive force around the planet we will ensure a thriving future for all beings!

And we also have a proven method for teaching everyone interested, how to create their own village, wherever they want to live, without upfront capital for land! Yes, really! It´s already working!
Our vision: 1 Million Villages in our lifetime.
🌿 WHAT WE’RE CREATING
Each will feature:
• A Health, Wellness & Spiritual Development Center
• A vibrant Retreat Center for transformational gatherings
• A Progressive School teaching kids real-life skills: building homes, growing food, launching conscious businesses, etc
• A Health-Focused Restaurant that nourishes body and soul
• Modular,  Homes that grow with you as your needs evolve
• A Pyrolysis Plant transforming plastic waste into fuel
• A Conscious Business Incubator & Co-Working Hub for innovative  businesses
• Permaculture Gardens & Medicinal Plant Nurseries
…and so much more.
As a resident, you’ll enjoy access to all amenities at cost +10%.

If you rent out your home or (an) additional cabin(s), you can pass these benefits to our guests (we will rent it out for you!) and potentially earn back your investment faster than in most traditional (and often net-negative) investment opportunities!
We are even building our own inflation-resistant currency system to allow trade under natural law between free, sovereign human beings!
🌟 WHO WE’RE CALLING IN
This is for anyone ready to live a regenerative, meaningful, and joyful life guided by the simple golden rule: “Do No Harm. Do Good Instead.”
We are non-dogmatic, freedom-loving, and deeply respectful of personal sovereignty.

This is not a commune where you have to surrender your freedom, sit in endless circles, bare your soul naked for everyone to see (and judge), put in countless hours of free labor, or follow 1500 rules.

(Been there, done that. No thanks. This is a true alternative eliminating the design flaws that make so many intentional communities unfortunately fail in the first 5 years!)
As we grow, also more opportunities will emerge to teach, grow food, assist in people´s healing processes, host retreats, manage projects, and get paid to do what you love.

Instead of living full time in a village, you can also have it as your “Plan B”, if society becomes even more unbearable to live in, spend a few weeks or months here each year, enjoy the residential benefits and rent your space the rest of the time to earn passive income.

There are many more ways to get involved - let´s talk if our vision speaks to you!
🔑 YOUR NEXT STEP
If all this sparked your curiosity and you feel called to explore possibilities, leave a comment or message me directly, and I’ll reach out to you to send more Info, answer all your questions, and co-dream with you into what’s next!
We also host a weekly Info & Connection Call every Sunday, and we’d love to meet you there! I will send you the link if you ask for it.

With love and fierce joy for what’s to come,

I would LOVE to visit a community of yours sometime!

I intend to travel the states and visit as many as I can before I find "my tribe" (which may not be in country). I really like how you described the mix of community and freedom at the same time. A little about me in case any of your communities could be interested in recruiting any of my skillsets. I just gave up a widely varied 15 year career in production welding for app gig work like doordash, instacart, and shiftsmart. I'm passionate about welding and have my own welding equipment, just can't take the manufacturing culture abuses anymore. I'm a  awfuly friendly person who is always sure to smile at anyone who makes eye contact with myself. I eat only organic and only meat, veggies, fruits, dairy, and spices. I love thc but I only vape. I don't drink any alcohol whatsoever and consume no other drugs expect okay nicotine, caffiene, and thc are my trifecta addictions lol. I don't use tobacco though nor do I smoke marijuana. Just vapes.

If any of your communities or entrepreneurs could use a welders skillset (I don't offer this full-time though) please, look at my resume! Which is only a small snapshot. I've done a lot of RV's (I hate those and would charge a premium to repair those) here in Elkhart IN, the RV capital of the world lol (we literally have an RV museum). So I've built a lot of cheap buildings that go down the road, and busses. I've built for automotive as well. I've built thousands of truck mounted toolboxes of steel, aluminum, and stainless. I've programmed welding robots in Fanuc and Panasonic (lets off grid automate off grid welded products for sale together lol). I can teach children to program those bots. I've worked with many start-ups and built departments for them before I left. I've worked with many long time well established companies. I've even laser welded surgical tools in the medical industry. Both manual and automated laser welding with some programming there too. I'm experienced in TIG and MIG steel, aluminum, and stainless in both processes. Though I am also trained in stick and oxy acetylene torch. I have my own TIG/stick machine and my own oxy acetelyne cutting torch. I also have a source for well running used panasonic welding robots rebuilt by the old man who taught me panasonics under 20k usd. I also have tons of customer service and sales experience that I don't list on my resume.

I want somewhere I can build mancave metal art furniture and decor to sell is my dream <3 . Which I already have some experience in. As I type I'm remembering ways I used to hustle that I've long forgotten

Self-awareness and mental health are a HUGE DEAL to me. So much so I've created a new youtube channel. Where I DON'T want to be a youtuber, I'm trying to set an example. Trying to put myself out there. If the channel grows into monetization i'll re-route all the evil google money to mental health non-profits. I'll take no money from google/youtube for myself. Check out my channel if you wanna see what kinda happy weirdo I am.

I'm more a hustler myself, as opposed to an entrepreneur. I've made hustling my full time income now for the 3rd time in my life. I really hate having a "real job" lol. As much as I hate the paperwork I'll probs make an LLC for myself by years end cause it makes sense ugh

I have no money to invest. I don't like money. I earn only what's needed for rent, utilities, and food. Frankly I don't even like earning that much. I'd rather depend on the land and a dependable community of humans, not the economy.

I'm intelligent and well versed in a variety of topics. I read books. But can't tolerate modern schooling systems so I have no formal education. I also can't tolerate evangelical Christianity. Though I'm accepting of religion and I do find theology fascinating. I've most recently been learning about the Sumerian tablets and the Gnostic gospels. I'm agnostic to be clear and believe in nothing. I'm one of those people who is happy Japan just made fear based religious teachings to children illegal. I am one of many who was psychologically abused in this way, hence no tolerance for evangelism.

I feel you're describing communities in which a hustler like myself can fend for himself.

I've finally learned (again) how to break free from the constraints of full-time employment and economic involvement. I'm so happy about how it's going I'm preparing to explore and learn how to take it further. How to live even happier while earning and spending even less money. But that requires a community. I must explore. Please if anyone in any of your communities could recruit any of my skills, please reach out on here or my email should be on my resume.

Thanks for your post and thanks for reading my reply!

i actually am also looking for a community, my experience is with growing food from seeds, propagation, foraging medicinal edibles and seeds for future places, i create watercolor pencils creations, know that i don't fit into the social norms, i am not a fan of following laws, rules and regulations that i never agreed to , they're only old  system storilines assumptions that many no longer question but give their power away and comply with. i don't drink alcohol, no drugs either cannabis or modern medicine, currently don't have the resources to buy organic food here in meadville pa,i buy human food for my dog and do my best to feed myself from snap, drink sun water with pink sea salt or wild spearmint that i pick nearby. i am glad that you are very open of who you are in truth and what you are in truth. you might look at exit to build or ic match for intentional communities looking for some of what you can contribute to. thanks have the best day ever, sincerely alexandria
