Why does the back label of One A Day vitamins say to take 2 a day?  I really shouldn’t read labels in grocery stores.

It is a sales strategy.  Sell more vitamins for less monies.

Or it might be the size of the pill. Taking one tablet might be too big for some folks so a smaller pill and take two ...
