Herbal Medicine 101: The cheapest, easiest, quickest, most medicinal soup you can make

This is my quick, microwaved miso soup.  It costs maybe a quarter, takes about 5 minutes to make, is absolutely delicious and powerfully medicinal - this one is a must for the cold and flu season!
