F Baby Boomer with 20 years of homesteads looking for a friend on my farm in Ecuador.

Hello, I'm looking for someone who wants to enjoy life here on my solar powered small farm in the Andes mountains of Ecuador. I left the US in 2005 and never looked back. Built a homestead in Belize, and then two in Ecuador. I love the peace and quiet in nature, the pure river and air, and no chemtrails. The climate is perfect for farming year round. I'm looking for a big animal lover who will enjoy my equines and dogs.

Sounds lovely.  But I hope that your homestead(s) are far from any cities.  I read that things are pretty crazy down there in recent years.  Have you seen any of that?  Just curious...

Thanks for your reply. The problems you mention are far far away in some coastal cities. This is a quiet, low population area in the Andes mountains where families have farmed for generations. Not far away is a small town that has hundreds of international expats who come for the cleaner environment, low cost of living, more freedom from government control, like no  building permits etc. Life is good. : )

I spent a month in Ecuador recently and I have a feeling it was in the town you speak of with hundreds of expats. It's a truly special place and I concur that it was very safe. I am considering going back long term. Would love to connect if/when I come back

Interesting that you started in Belize! Can you post a few pictures of each homestead? I bought the rig pictured in my profile specifically to be able to easily travel to C America and do what you did. WOuld love to hear more about your experiences. Will send you a PM as well I am very new to this site... So still finding my way around (and wondering why 5 year old posts are often at the top of my feeds lol)
