How to build a healthy gut without fermentation, significant quercetin or polyphenol intake….
We have ourselves the puzzle of the current age, as occurrence is on the rise, but research, diagnostics, and treatment scramble to keep up.
Which traditional healthcare avenues have treatment or manastrategies? Or is the condition just emergent? (I know an afflicted 98yo, so assume that SOME tradition has identified and treated the malady, by now…)

If anyone out there has constructive input, it would be appreciated.

The particular bunny in question can only consume quercetin (also found in apple peels, red onion, blueberries, broccoli, dill, & parsley) sparingly, because concentrated nutrients overwhelm that young system.

However, I will look into it, because these dietary intolerances often defy rhyme and reason. Thank you for the info.

Judson Carrol says that the  flowers of the Mimosa tree can help reduce mast cell production. I made a tincture of mimosa flowers once and it helped with my sinus allergy.
