Looks like the thread is in the cider press.

Because each cider press forum has different qualifications to post (number of apples, etc), it can cause bugs if it's in more than one forum.

Recognizing that this is a hot topic and similar threads have had to be locked in the past, I would like it to get the widest distribution possible.

Was it removed from Parenting by someone to avoid future issues?

As the poster, I will take responsibility to try to ensure we have factual, truth-seeking discussions in the parenting thread.

But I understand that experience in ensuring the site remains planet & community health-focused is paramount; but I would re-assert truth however difficult along with optimal health, is what I think we are all seeking.

Parenting and ulcer have different apple requirements.   Putting in both risks locking some users out of the thread.

Which one of the two do you want it in?
