Canadian permaculture opportunity

Hello Permies, We're starting a PD project in southern BC, around Rock Creek. Looking at properties for the last six months, must have PD potential and between 320 - 640 acres. Have numerous committed people already, to finance the purchase. ----------------All construction= Wofati, Strawbale, Sand bag, Stackwall, Stone, Cob

Five main operational funding sources have been identified to date.
1) An addictions counselling center. Focusing on immersion in nature, real nutriton and the balance of permaculture. Currently have two counselors.
2) A bed and breakfast / Restaurant
3) Joel Salatin Model grocery store for direct to consumer sales of meat, fruit, veg and value added products
4) Permaculture training center -- PDCourse's, Horse farming, Horse logging Workshops, Tours
5) Only disclosed to commited investors!

Hey Rick, We've got enough to pay cash for some of the three hundred acre pieces we've been looking at so far. Will always have lots of expenses to handle. Equipment and earthworks come first. Whats your background and area of Perm Passion? I'm an oil field drilling consultant, and I'm passionate about healthy Soil, Fruit and bees.

First we'd tour the land and you could see if there is a spot that you feel a connection with. You'd have to put together a proposal explaining your vision. We have no set Price in place. It's more about the people at this point.
