Starting to process broccoli for dehydration.     But pressure is such that I want to get it even if I don't have broccoli heads....    Should make good soup.

Job done...    I found the leaves were so dry the fan was blowing them around...        

So I got 2 1/3 quart mason jars filled. I imagine if I powdered them it would be ½ a jar…. I have not done this before, I am curious how the soup will turn out..

I use an Excalibur dehydrator...       here in Florida it is too humid to use the sun rains about every day here.

When I was up in Indiana we used our fireplace insert with window screens.
