Making a Concertina from reclaimed materials?

Looks like cardboard, leather from an old jacket, odd bits of wood, and some other stuff. And lots of glue.

I wonder if he made the plans himself or if they are easily available online.  They sure are pretty.

This would be a fun winter project.  I would love to start gathering some materials, but I'm having a difficult time finding instructions online.

Maybe there is a book how to make it?

I hope you can make sense of the above - plenty of pictures in the first one and it goes onto a second "page".  Woodworking skills a definite advantage. . .and it seems they have reeds and other metal hardware lurking inside.

It looks like a lot of work, but it could be fun.  

Still trying to find those paper templates they use to cut the wood and make space for the reeds.

But first, I want to meet one of these in person to see if they make a pleasing sound in real life.

Should be the sound of a "squeezebox"  simple concertina in this site.  Used for sea shanties and folk songs apparently.

and I found templates for folding the bellows, but it was for paper construction.  I'll keep looking.
