1.71 acres located in Pen Argyl Pennsylvania......located about an hour drive between New York City and Philadelphia. Property is zoned farm and forest despite being in a mostly suburban setting. I had 9 rooters, pigs, goats, and sheep.....no problems with neighbors. Asking $535,000. Lots of fruit trees were added since living there. Land is flat and about 1 acre is fenced in. Comes with 3 sheds, well, septic, outhouse, and root cellar. Would be happy to show you the property if interested. Selling because I bought with my now ex gf (my mistake). One of the perks in this area is free trash pick up.....only need to pay for electricity but plenty of space to add solar and be offgrid.
