trying to access my stuff

I would consider purchasing more products but am unable to access the products I already purchased.  I sent an email to permies.com for assistance and have not heard back. Might you be able to help me? I thought I could access them through "My Stuff" but they no longer show up there.  The products I purchased in the last couple of months are:  Permaculture Adventure Bundle ($35), Gardener Master Course ($35), and Permaculture Design Course plus the Appropriate Technology Course ($49.50).  I appreciate your help to regain access.

It is true - I don't see those things attached to your account.

My first thought is that you bought it with an email address that is different than the email address tied to this account.

A quick search for paypal transactions with your email address - nothing.

Gonna need some clues to work with.

Dates products were charged to my credit card.  I had access to them for awhile, and now they disappeared from My Stuff....

If merging accounts is something only a site administrator can do, then l am ready for that to happen. Please let me know if there is anything you need from my end.

If you could post to this thread with the other account, that shows us that you are the owner of both accounts.
