Permies Premium Inaccessible

I am having trouble accessing my "permies premium 65386 (133 hours of video: the Permaculture Design Course and Appropriate Technology Course)."  I made the purchase in an incognito tab and the link through your automated email will allow me to make my account, but says it will not tie my purchase to the account which kind of defeats the purpose of making the purchase...  

I was assured by the permies volunteer monitoring the email this was sent from that a moderator could "flip the switch" and provide me access to the courses.

Is it possible that you bought it with an email address that is different than the email address with this account?

Do you remember if you paid for it with stripe, paypal or crypto?  I ask because I'm gonna try to find the purchase so I can connect it to this account.
