Purchased the rocket oven DVD for HD download while on my phone.  Had to log into my desktop to download the content and forgot my password.  After multiple unsuccessful tries getting the "Invalid login/password" error and resetting it I'm unable to login with the desktop and download the content.

I do need a little help from a guru at permies regarding the kickstarter Garden Master course that I backed (>100$), I received an email from a sweet girl robot with a link to access my purchace, but when I try to long in I have an
“Oooops.. You don’t have sufficient privileges to access this forum”.
One note, I upgraded my kickstarter pledge during the campaign from a lower level to one >100$.

Is the account you are login in with the same as the one you made for the Kickstarter?

Or the same email address?

It sounds as if your issue is with the email address associated with how you paid Kickstarter.

Maybe you need to add that email address to your permies account.

If that does not work then ...

Since you cannot access that thread the only advice I can give is to start a new thread in the Tinkering forum since no one has seen this one.

Make the title something like Problems with GMC Kickstarter Access.

Maybe this will get the attention of someone who knows what is happening.

Hi! I am having the same problem. I did not have the kickstarter email and my old school permies email matching (ooops my bad)  I just did this now, (and hopefully this will release the material) but now I can find no "my stuff".  I was eagerly awaiting the content and unfortunately, have very little free time, so I am posting this now, after a lot of it has been released to the supporters- hopefully someone will see this?

Hi, I am wondering if I am doing something wrong - I'd like to easily be able to login to the permies.com website but somehow it does not give me an option to set up an account with a password, instead sends me a temporary password each time. Any ideas? I select continue-with-email, then I get to page showing me that a temporary login link has been sent - attached a couple of screenshots.

If you go to your "edit profile" (click circle top right for drop down menu), can you see a password option there?

Hi R Ranson, After your suggestion I did try with a variety of passwords, and although I see an option to set a password, it did not seem to allow me to save it... I would share a screenshot but do not see an option to do so with a reply. Thank you!
