Trouble signing in at other site link for videos.

I  went to download a PDC video.  I selected download as file to my computer...  I was sent to this site:
file:///Volumes/Seagate%204T/1Kickstarter%20Permies/019-day-5-session-1-climate-zones-big-download.mp4.html

I tried to sign in with the same email and password from this site where I am logged in...  Nothing happened... I was not logged in nor did I see an error message.  I wonder about my password since I don't login in most the time on this site - password is saved in my apple safe passwords.    Can you help?

That one is NOT an internet website. It's just a file path on your local Seagate hard drive.
