Testing an idea… I make about 3 loaves of bread every 2 weeks. I was thinking about making my own pizza, but then an idea hit me, why not use the bread I already make to make pizza… So.. I am testing out using my mini oven to heat the bread + sauce and goodies… Also I am putting a slice in the freezer to freeze it, then once frozen I will wrap it, and perhaps vacuum seal it. I have been spending about 10$ for small pizza that has few toppings… I should be able to make better pizza for less than the cost of that…. is the way I am thinking.

my college had a food truck (back when it was not a common thing) specialized in french bread pizzas... I grew up eating English muffin pizzas. Today I occasionally make them with leftover flatbread or roti. Using what you have is always a good move!

That’s a pretty fun idea! 😊 Since you’re already making bread, turning it into pizza is a great way to get more use out of it. You’ll probably end up with something cheaper and more filling, plus you can load it up with the toppings you actually like. Freezing and vacuum sealing a slice sounds like a smart test too — I’d be curious to hear how it turns out after reheating!
