Blooming Onion Bites for Air Fryer

Ingredients:

1 large onion, diced
1/4 tsp salt & black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cornmeal
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (I ended up adding 4 more tbsp)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk

Dipping Sauce Ingredients:

1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp horseradish
1 pinch cayenne pepper

I think we may need to try this one. Our only attempt at bloomin' onion at home failed a lot and that was several years ago and we haven't tried again.
