Do any of you have recommendations for what type of amaranth seeds to get? My main priority is using the seeds in a gluten free flour blend and popped as “cereal.” I would also like to try eating the leaves but they are a lower priority. The purple
amaranths look lovely and easy to recognize in the garden, but I’m not sure how suitable they’d be for baking or popping. Do baked goods made from purple amaranth still look appetizing?
I’m new to amaranth so I appreciate your help!
