Yesterday I watched outside my kitchen window as the goats were out grazing on the greener grass in our back yard .  My shelter pup laid in the grass quietly watching them.   I stepped outside…she barked twice …they were in their pen.

And I bet you did not train the pup.

When our daughter two dachshunds passed away she said was not going to get another dog.

Then she was at a vet's office and this dog picked her out.  She was still in the vet's office two hours later trying to adopt a rescue.

A couple of years later, she was on a trip to Mexico, in a bar, and another rescue dog picked her out.

The next day, with a plane ticket for the dog, they were on the way home.

She says rescue dog are the best.

Hi Anne, this one is our best dog by a wide margin.  You are correct … but she has put a good deal of time into training me.   She is great with hand signals.  But her most endearing quality is the she refuses to take any guff from me.  If get verbally rough with her, she will sit down and clearly say, “I am a lady, and you will not speak to me in that tone of voice.”   ….And she will stay seated on strike  until I apologize to her.

If you are using a wood chipper, you are doing it wrong. Even on this tiny ad:
