Would an off grid silty spring be a possibility for a ram pump?

I'm looking for ways to utilize a year round spring on our property. We are powered by solar and are off grid.

The spring sits in a gully about 400 feet from our house.

Its elevation is about 15 feet above the house level.

Flow rate varies from 5 to 1.5 gallon per minute depending on the time of year.

We have another approximately 100 feet of fall past the spring.

It is very silty, brown water. Like even when I sit a quart of it on the counter for a week, it barely clears at all.

Right now, we get our water from a well that is on grid and store it in a 5000 gallon tank that gravity feeds about 70 feet down hill to our house. That tank is on the high point of our property.

I am wondering if the spring might be a candidate for a ramp pump? If  I could pump it up the hill into another 500 gallon tank we have there and use it for irrigation and emergency water?

I have seen several ramp pump videos but nothing specific for flow rate needed to operate such a pump.
