I am not sure where this post should go. But my new job  usually has several boxes of this size every day, including the 'doubled' box.

It seems like a really useful size, and I wondered if these would be good for aircrete forms? Just pour the aircrete, let it cure and then tear off the cardboard. If the cardboard leaves fibers cling to the aircrete, won't they help bond to the mortar in between the bricks?

If not, then a little bit of vegetable oil could be sprayed or painted onto the box for a cleaner removal. If the aircrete wets the cardboard too much, and it softens and bows, the boxes could be placed next to each other inside a larger, more rigid frame to keep everything in shape until it cures.

Would this work?

Oops, having problems with finding pics, will add them in a reply.
