402) car/pickup rental. I like the idea that there would be 20 people living here, but just three cars for all 20 people. Currently we let people borrow vehicles and just ask that they fill it up. But several times I go out to find that the tank is empty and the rig is a mess. So I think somebody could rent out a pickup for $20 per day. A person plops down $200 and if it comes back clean and full of gas, they get $180 back.

next idea?

Sounds more like a solution to a problem rather than a business.

You remember those metal animal pieces you bought and posted?

I'd pay $100 for the owl. The artistic eye of those pieces was incredible. I think there was a crab? I'd buy that also.

If someone on hand has similar talent, produce a couple of these and auction them off on this site. Or auction the ones you have and go buy some more.
