Well, Robert ...

I never got around to taking the beets.

Can't say for sure what the cause was originally.

Went to the doctor several times, had a couple of ultrasounds, etc.

Started taking 200 mg magnesium and 400 IU Vitamin E.

All my symptoms for all that has been wrong with me since Jan 2020 started going away in November 2025.

I was able to pick up our dog before she passed away in December.

By March all the symptoms were gone. Dr did not refill my medication.

We got a new dog in March and I carry her around, walk her, etc.

I no longer need to use the magnesium spray for pain.

Over all, I am doing great.

Diuretics: dandelion root tincture or dandy blend tea, or helichrysum essential oil ( I use edens garden brand).  Watch out with the magnesium recommendation above if you are on high blood pressure pills You'll find sometimes, that you have a lower blood pressure with magnesium supplementation. I'm no doctor, but I heard from one that sometimes it is a magnesium deficiency that causes high blood pressure in the first place.
