So I've got my microgreen growing going, I had my first ones back in early April, they take ten days to grow. My goal is to do it as often as possible, obviously other things come up, but generally speaking. Due to a vacation and then surgery I had to wait inbetween but I'm on day 6 of my current batch, I think tomorrow they'll really start getting plant-like, day 7 was the day last time, and I've figured out how to do it with less water, as too much can lead to almost-mold. My first batch didn't get moldy, but it came close, I gave them a bit more water than they really needed. Now I feel like I'm getting it even better figured out.
I don't ever see myself using this, or any of my gardening really, as a side-hustle, its more for us and our friends/family when we have excess. But right now we're still in the patio growing-in-pots stage. But cucumbers are prolific, and I'm growing a pot of cucumbers, so we'll see

I do Celtic, fantasy, folk and shanty singing at Renaissance faires, fantasy festivals, pirate campouts, and other events in OR and WA, USA.
