Hi Paul - I noticed that you linked to the tomato contest in the daily-ish email a few days ago, which I was guessing means that the contest is being extended so that people who began the experiment but forgot about it can chime in with their results. Do you have a deadline in mind for further submissions?

Jonathan Krohn wrote:Paul - isn't this contest supposed to be finalized and a winner picked sometime around now?

Thanks!

Hi Jonathan,

I spoke to Paul about this today and he is going to make sure to get to it within the next 48 hours. Simply put, he has been working WAY too much and so it has been taking a toll on his health. Because of this he is taking a bit of a break for the next few days but is going to get to this hopefully tomorrow afternoon.

Thanks, Cassie! And I'm glad that he's taking the break he needs - it's waaay too easy for people in positions like his to work themselves to death.
