I'm from Belgium, Campine region. The breed went extinct in our area decades ago. Now, we are trying to get them back. We decided to start with the Silver (easier to find a 'market' as simular breeds are most popular in silver colloring).
The problem is that we have difficulties finding enough breeders who are willing to cooporate. We prefer to sent the eggs and not living birds (customs). Travel them by hand lugage on a plane.
We have good to exelent contacts (eg family) in NYC and Michigan University in the USA. Here we try to get eggs when they come home for family/business visits.
For Danmark we can get a trucker to pick them up.
EU shouldn't be to much of a problem, out of EU we have to check on what is possible.
Thank you very much!
BTW: I'm not a very regular visitor (shame on me, I know), so preferably contact by mail if you are willing to cooporate.
