My interview with Charlie Mgee of Formidable Vegetable Sound System!! As you can see from the thumbnail, this was a ridiculously fun chat we had. Also, per my request, he sings his song "Many Many", all about the power of diversity in our communities and tribe.

As if Cassie needed more invigoration! Just teasing.

I always enjoy the way Charlie communicates. I've been sharing the FVSS videos with lots of non-permie friends because the music is fun, but maybe some messaging will sink in. That's one of the beautiful things about FVSS's music is it communicates key messages while being loads of fun.

Hahahaha does my invigoration get on some people's nerves? I figured so. I was saying that to Matt Powers the other day, I was like I don't know if people could handle you and I doing videos together because we are both so energetic and animated! hahah

No Cassie. Your high energy is not annoying. Not at all. Now some of us old farts might sometimes get annoyed that our energy isn't that high anymore! And you surely remind us how long ago that was!. But you go girl. Live while the living is good!
