I thought people here might find this interesting. This is an outline of "Design Principles for Open Farm Tools, and Questions to Consider". It's from FarmHack, where a bunch of people (who are designing, prototyping, or making homestead or small-farm tools and equipment) post pictures, diagrams, how-to, and text on the subject.

And this is their page indexing such tools: http://farmhack.org/tools

Thanks, Rus - glad you like it.

I've been to the Netherlands. If you don't mind telling, where are you (roughly) in relation to Amsterdam?

About an hour and a half west of Amsterdam. Small town called Zutphen
I think my favourite thing on the farm hack site is the lying down weed bicycle thing.

What a show! What atmosphere! What fun! What a tiny ad!
