I really enjoyed this. I think their biggest sin was trying to get their community together before the age of the internet. Reading about it, I'm not their demographic, but I still think it sounds pretty cool. I want to go visit and have them teach me how to spin flax.

This part I found especially poignant and applicable to a lot of agricultural intentional community undertakings:

Kept a sense of humor, at least! And sticking to their land through 4 decades and a breakup, without a single person joining their community to stay... wow. Persistent.
