Pig and Cattle

I am interested to hear other peoples views on what I could possibly do.

I am attempting to figure out how I can incorporate a working system with a pig and cattle ranch. Would it be possible to do something if I separated the pens? What would be the best place (state preferably) to be able to do such a thing?
