Victoria has a very public urinal. I chatted with strangers while peeing.

Public urination has been a problem down town, particularly amongst the homeless and late night bar patrons. This urinal has helped. It's prominently located at the corner of Government and Pandora.

During the Pride parade, I decided to use it. The airy nature, allowed me to continue watching the parade and to converse with tourists who had never seen such a contraption.

I don't plan to give up peeing behind dumpsters and hedges.
