Inspector's Desk Postcards in Flight

Last month we finished the construction of our on-farm butcher shop and I'm doing the paper work now for our license. While I work my way through that people have been sending in items for the inspector's desk. Here are some of the postcards, stamps, photos, coins, drawings and currency bills that have arrived from around the world for inclusion in the lamination of the Sugar Mountain Farm inspector's desk.

Those will make a truly interesting inspector's desk top..
Why not set the mug on the finished table top for use by the inspector, surely thirst would be quenched in a most appropriate way.

I'm not allowed to bribe the inspector. I can't even offer them a cup of joe.

Seriously. It's a $3,000 fine and 3 years in jail. Very touchy issue.
