Hi everyone,

This year I have been travelling around New Zealand and wwoofing most of the way. I am returning home to Alberta, Canada in November and am looking for opportunities close to Red Deer (my boyfriend is located there).

I am an artist by trade (abstract paintings of birds). I am in the very early stages of working towards being an artist full time. In the mean time I am in need of a place to live and a way to make a steady income until I get my feet under me. Or at least a way to cut major costs. I have strong interests related to animal conservation, permaculture, and self sustainability.

In the future I hope to have a self sustainable home with a garden, orchard and animals.

If anyone is willing to take me as a potential long term wwoofer, room mate, employee, business partner, personal assistant, or combination of the above I'd love to hear from you. Or if you have any creative projects you would like done--I am opening to doing commissions.

Please PM me to start.

Best of luck to you! I'm not in the right area for you and I only have short term wwoofers anyway so I am not much help but I remember reading your original post and I hope you find a good situation.

I had a lovely wwoofer from Alberta once, she was surfing her way down the East Coast and we are in a little seaside surfing village. If you ever make your way to New England, look us up, we're Fieldsong Farm.

hello have you found anything in the Red deer area yet? If you haven't message me and we can chat. Our farm is East of Elnora out by the Buffalo jump park and we host woofers every year here. We are about 45 minutes from Red Deer
