Baking and cooking with coffee is common enough here in Hawaii. Espresso brownies are yummy. Coffee also is an ingredient in delicious steak rubs. Lots of dishes do great with coffee.

Agreed, it's an amazing universal ingredient, it makes a lovely facial scrub as well!

I have used it in my pumpernickel. Left over from church, I froze it and baked next weeks bread with it, mostly for the thrift of it, and to add color to my bread.
