Posting photos

I have pictures in a photo bucket account. I resized them so that they are small. I click IMG, insert the image link and nothing. It works on other forums but not here. What am I missing?

Jamie, how are you getting the image link? If you are copying it from the address line, this will often not work with some accounts. I use a Windows based PC and right click the picture, select "copy image url" and then use that to insert in the "IMG" code. If you are doing that then can you post one in this thread so we can see how you are doing it?

Yep, showing the address line from the browser and not just the picture. I right clicked on the picture, clicked on "copy image url" and it is here:



You can "quote" my post and it shows how the IMG tag worked for me.

I just posted the link here. I thought that's what you wanted, sorry. when I posted the picture in the post I used the IMG tag by using the Img button. It didn't work there. Ugh. I guess I'll try again.

Thank you for your patience! I got it. Noticed no .jpg at the end of the img thing.

That is one of the tricks of the whole thing. Make sure that the address ends with a picture file tag - PictureOfSomething dot jpg, png, tiff, and so on.
