Hi There,
I built this solar dehydrator but don't think it's 100% right. I did manage to dry a cloth in it but the plums and fruit leather I tried went mouldy. It was a wet summer, I didn't secure the door and I had no chimney on it-there is a hole cut, it just was not big enough for the pipe I envisioned and never got round to enlarging it. I am now leaving for sunny South Africa where I will try again, hopefully with more success, but it seems a shame to dismantle and discard this. Is anyone local to Henley on Thames, UK willing to take it on? It has 4 racks that fit inside not just the 2 visible.
