Raised bed shaper for 2 wheel tractors?

Is there a device that can make building and rebuilding raised beds faster? We are discussing grazing our animals through our garden bed after harvest, but this would only be consistently feasible if there is a fast way to rebuild the garden beds. We really like the raised bed shapers for larger tractors, but is there anything like that small scale?

All of the bed shapers I've found are designed to be used with a 3 point hitch.

I think they're called middle busters. Need a three point hitch but not a very big tractor. I have a hiller attachment for by vintage BCS tiller. Haven't tried it yet though.

I have seen disc hiller attachments for the BCS on Youtube, but I have only seen people use the rotary plow to form beds.

How big of animals? You do not want to compact the soil in the beds! I wouldn't run anything through garden beds bigger than rabbits or birds.

My attachment is like a plow that throws both ways. The width adjusts and seems like a great design. I bought it and the tiller used from craigslist so no manuals. Not even sure if you have to take the tiller off to use it. The tractor and tiller are really long anyway though so it'd need a lot of room to turn around if the hiller goes on the back. If the tiller comes off to use it and multiple passes are needed, it's going to take a lot of taking the tiller on and off.
