OK, so most people call them reptiles. Or just geckos. But to me, they are house dragons!

And here's the first hatchling of the new year. I think I'll call him Norbert.



He's on guard duty on the door-frame, which stops us shutting the fly-screen, but it keeps the dragons fed I guess...

Any other dragon lovers here?

Adorable! We get Mediterranean House Geckos in our house. Even though exotic, apparently they are little threat to our native lizards because the gecko habits are so specific - they prefer being on or in houses.

I love their little toes.

In the philipinese they have little lizards running around on the walls, eating bugs I guess. They chirp, like birds. Shocked me when I heard it and was told what was making the sound.
