Hi Nancy, what sort of event you are organizing? You know here on permies there are at least two great speakers on hugelkultur: Paul Wheaton and Zach Weissl], but for sure even more.
How's the event going address hugelkultur?, workshop, hands-on ... let us know

Thanks for responding, Lorenzo! I'm looking for someone to do a simple, one hour slide show presentation introducing hugelkultur and an overview of how to create a bed to a Garden Club, so a $12K speakers fee, plus expenses would be astronomically out of the question. That being said, I would be looking for someone from NJ, Eastern PA or Metro NY who has not only just recently put one in, but has had experience with it in place over a few growing seasons and who has presented on the topic in the past.
