We have a very efficient food co-op farmers market. Produce is offered on the internet before Saturday night and customers order before Monday night and we get their order by Tuesday morning and deliver it to the pickup point Wednesday afternoon. Fresh Food Revolution Sometimes there will be extra that will be set out just like at a regular farmers market but in general you harvest just what is ordered and the members get just what they want. Less wasted time waiting for customers. What time you spend at the pickup point can be more directed to conversation about permaculture because the selling is done.
