We offered Ernie's chocolate truffle recipe as a test product for Pantry Paratus to try selling digital downloads, and they made it into a Valentine's day photo contest.
Limited time on the contest (just this week) but the recipes are good for years of good times.

(These are the chocolates he made for Linda's birthday at Cob Cottage Co, and that we did for benefit events in Portland and the Chocolate Fantasy event with Dessert Noir. Includes full cream, non-dairy, and vegan variations.)

If you like that sort of thing, here's the link: http://pantryparatus.com/announcement-truffle-photo-contest/

On the Valentine's theme:

If you want the recipes but $1 is not your price range for Valentine's gifts, you could spend $6.75 and get them thrown in for free with our Art of Fire booklet this month.

Or you may be able to find an older copy out there somewhere. But $1 is pretty reasonable, especially considering Chaya is giving away actual chocolate and cooking tools as prizes.

Yours,
Erica
