I have this other website called "JavaRanch".  I was thinking "didn't we used to have a javaranch shirt?  With the moose head embroidered over the pocket - something to wear to an office?"

When I did a google image search for javaranch shirt, there was an image to two people on a bed dressed up in cat costumes.  And I thought "what on earth does that have to do with javaranch?  Or shirts?  Or javaranch shirts?"  So I clicked on it.

It got weirder when I saw a picture of myself being compared to that picture.

Well.  This is awkward.

LOL... I know JavaRanch.  That awkwardness reminds me of the time (many years ago) when my boss asked me to investigate/evaluate Apache Tomcat.  Foolishly, I googled "Tomcat."  The results were returned when my boss decided to pay me a visit.  AWKWARD!!

This summer I was out playing with the dog in a nearby creek. The dog's hackles came up as she was looking behind me, and she was definitely on alert. As I turned around a six-foot-tall guy (not Paul) was coming down the trail dressed in a fox furry costume.  He waved at my dog and I and scampered down the trail. I learned later that a group of Furies meet every year in a nearby campground I was at a loss of words then and just laugh about it now.
